The results are in! I am very pleased with them! Unfortunately I was dealing with my stupid cycle while doing measurements so they are probably off. I am going to re-measure next week when things will be more accurate.
Weight: 204 for a loss of 21 lbs
Chest: 42 for a loss of 3.5 inches
Belly: 39.75 for a loss of 4.25 inches
Hips: 46.75 for a loss of 1.75 inches
Thigh: 22 for a loss of 1.75 inches
Calf: 14.75 for a loss of 1.25 inches
Arm: 13.25 for a loss of .75 inches
BodyFat:34.2% for a loss of 2.4%
BMI: 27.7 for a loss of 2.8 points
I am very happy with my results. I still have a long way to go, but there is an end in sight. According to the RMR test that I had done I can be at my goal weight in 3 months or even less. I love having a time frame to focus on. It makes it seem far more obtainable!
Fitness Ridge has changed my life. I will never ever go back to my old ways of eating or more importantly my old ways of thinking. I have banished the negative side of me (it used to be the only side of me LOL) It feels so strange, but great to actually like myself. I always thought it as ridiculous when people said it was possible to love yourself, but now I think I am heading in the right direction.
There is more I want to write, but I have to board my plane soon. I will do a `final`post when I get home. After that I will try to update at least once per week. To everyone who supported and encouraged me..there are no words.
