The Weekend :)

The weekend was pretty fun. It was very layed back. I opted to not wear my heart rate monitor again to give myself a break from the number obsession :)

Saturday we got up for breakfast and ..oh my goodness, I already forget what it was that we ate!

The stop sign hike was pretty good. Lianne and I walked together at a decent pace and made it up to the top. We walked the overlook afterward to fill in the time left until we were to head back.




Our last class of the day (and week) was stretch class *sigh* I love stretch class!

I can not believe this, but I forget what lunch was! Of course this was the only day I forgot to take a picture of the menu board..lol

After we finished our lunch Lianne, Jaimie and I went to the Sunglass Hut where we got a crazy steal on glasses and then to Target to by some face mask.

Dinner was a salmon burger..MMMM Now that I think about it, I am pretty sure lunch was tacos? Dessert was cranberry sorbet (I think)

The evening closed with karaoke. It wasn't as fun as the last karaoke was, but it was OK. Sherice and I sang American Boy by Estelle and Kanye.

Sunday we got to eat an amazing apple muffin for breakfast. It tasted like apple pie!



I now have a private room which is pretty cool. I spent the morning organizing my stuff and rearranging things.

Lunch was our brown bag tuna sandwich and soup and veggies. (Best tuna in the universe!)

Lianne and I had a spa day in her room. LOL we watched the Olympic hockey game (Go Canada! Woohoo GOLD!) and painted our toenails and fingernails and applied a mud mask. It looked hilarious, but felt soo smoooth afterward!



Dinner was Waldorf salad wraps.. they didn't look appetizing to me so I had the Boca burger instead.

My day ended beautifully with a hot tub and I GOT TO SEE MY BOYFRIEND AND SON ON THE WEB CAM! It soo made my day. It gave me some crazy energy and majorly lifted my spirits! I cant wait to go home!
