So Proud!!


I just had to share my excitement! I had an AMAZING workout this morning at the gym! I am seeing really good progress with my strength!

When I was at Fitness Ridge in February the most weight I could handle for the Triceps Press-Down was 12-15 lbs. Today I did 3 sets of 65 lbs! Holy crap! I have also gained strength in my shoulders. I have never been able to lift more than 3-5 lbs for lateral and front dumbbell raises and dumbbell shoulder press. Today I did 8 lbs for the lateral and front raises and 10 lbs for the shoulder press!

Its such a great feeling :) I am seeing and feeling results! I am proud of myself :)
