On My Way!!

Well, the time has come and I am on my way! I got up this morning at 5am and double checked that I have everything.. My good (and very helpful) friend Cairith picked me up at 6 o'clock. It was so hard to say goodbye to my boyfriend. I am happy that I decided to say goodbye to my son the night before.. it would have been too much to say goodbye to both of them this morning!

I must say my stomach does not want to unwind its giant knot that has been in there since last night. We got a little heckled at the Canada/ USA border.. it could have been much worse though! After a quick stop for breakfast I now find myself sitting at the airport with a good 3 hours to kill.. Thank GOODNESS they have wireless here or I would be bored to death!

I don't think it has really hit me that I am actually on my way! I'm so excited and so scared still! I found out my roOmies name is Katy and I am excited to meet her! After 1 stopover in Seattle and 6 hours of travel I will find myself in Las Vegas, one of many firsts for me on this trip. It should be a blast. I am just planning to see the sights and take some pictures and MAYBE try my hand at a couple of slots ;) Maybe I will come back thinner and healthier but with a fatter wallet! LOL

To all of you who are there right now I will see you soon! To all who will arrive while I'm there, I cant wait to meet you and to everyone at home, I miss you already and Ill see you in a month!
